These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) cover your use of our site, your purchase of the Walkie Caddie, and how we run things deep in the heart of Texas.

By using our website or placing an order, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If not, feel free to click away (but we think you’ll want to stick around).

Please Note: The Walkie Caddie website is operated by OnSet Brands LLC. All transactions, services, and user interactions on this website are managed by OnSet Brands.

1. Who We Are

We’re OnSet Brands, proud Texas-based distributor and retailer of the original Walkie Caddie—a smarter, slicker way to carry what you need on set without the pocket panic. We sell directly to crew members, production teams, live event technicians, theater houses, and radio rental facilities nationwide. We also partner with authorized dealers and wholesale distributors who supply the gear that keeps crews moving. (Note: Wholesale and dealer accounts are subject to minimum order quantities and authorized channel guidelines—no shady marketplace resellers, please).

2. Website Use

Use this website like a decent human. No hacking, spamming, scraping data, or pretending you're someone else. You’ve got to be 18+ or have a consenting adult’s blessing to place an order.

We reserve the right to refuse service if you’re rude, doing something sketchy, or trying to resell our gear under a weird knockoff name like "Talkie Carrier."

3. Product Info, Pricing & Ecosystem Specs

We build industrial-grade gear designed around the concept of efficiency through integration. Direct web pricing for the standalone Walkie Caddie is anchored at $29.99 USD (promotions, modular patches, and bundled "Kit of Parts" systems priced as marked).

  • Gear Specs: Because we construct our gear using heavy-duty industrial elastic nylon, minor variations in stitching or elastic tension are normal. Rest assured, every Walkie Caddie is built to handle the brutal realities of set life.

  • Apparel & Merch Specs: Physical merchandise (such as t-shirts, cable straps, and soft goods) utilizes specialized Direct-to-Film (DTF) color profiles (e.g., Pink #FF0090, Yellow #F8FC45, Blue #0391D7). Minor color variations between digital screens and cured physical prints may occur.

4. Retail, Wholesale & Reseller Rules

Whether you're buying one unit for your belt or outfitting a 100-person arena crew, we’ve got you covered.

  • Wholesale accounts, radio rental houses, and production departments purchasing bulk quantities may be required to provide resale certificates or official production documentation.

  • Unauthorized Reselling: To protect our brand integrity and customer experience, reselling Walkie Caddie products on third-party online marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, or Walmart Marketplace) without explicit, written authorization from OnSet Brands LLC is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, and standard digital checkout methods. Wholesale accounts and bulk production orders may qualify for custom invoicing terms—contact us directly to coordinate.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship fast out of North Texas, but once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s world. Delivery estimates are carrier timelines, not guarantees. The only exception is if OnSet Brands LLC and a customer explicitly agree in writing to use a premium carrier service that includes a carrier-backed delivery guarantee. In those instances, performance guarantees rest solely with the carrier; OnSet Brands LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, transit errors, or logistics mishaps.

7. Returns & Refunds

Don’t love it? That’s rare—but we get it. Items in original, unaltered condition may be returned within 30 days of delivered status.

  • Self-Service Returns: You can use our automated return portal to generate a prepaid label (a flat $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund).

  • Self-Ship: Or you can ship it back to us via your preferred trackable carrier.

8. Intellectual Property (Hands Off Our Stuff)

The design, name, logo, "Caddie D" icon, 7-Insert configuration, radio-clip tension system, modular Soft-Side Velcro field, and the slogan "FREE YOUR POCKETS / CONTROL THE CHAOS" are protected intellectual property belonging exclusively to OnSet Brands LLC and the inventor of the Walkie Caddie.

No copying, mimicking, reverse-engineering, or remixing our products, branding, or media assets without explicit written permission (we’re flattered—but no).

9. Liability Disclaimer

The Walkie Caddie is built tough for set life, but it is not indestructible, nor is it a load-bearing industrial harness. It is designed solely for organizing lightweight everyday carry (EDC) items and hand tools on compatible radio units.

  • User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for ensuring the Walkie Caddie is properly mounted, secured via the rear belt-clip loop, and loaded reasonably. Do not overload the inserts beyond standard hand-tool capacity.

  • Property & Equipment Damage: OnSet Brands LLC is not responsible or liable for any dropped, lost, or damaged tools, radios, accessories, or third-party set equipment resulting from product use, normal wear-and-tear, or improper attachment.

  • Personal Injury: OnSet Brands LLC assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage, or operational delays caused by misuse, alteration, overloading, or failure to inspect the gear prior to use.

Use common sense on set and check your gear regularly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms, your purchases, and any claims arising from your interaction with OnSet Brands LLC are governed strictly by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its choice-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the courts of Denton County, Texas. By purchasing our gear, you consent to this jurisdiction, waive any right to a trial by jury or participation in class-action lawsuits, and agree that Denton County is the sole and proper venue—because around here, the tea is sweet, the BBQ’s hot, and our contracts mean what they say.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as we launch new modular gear and scale the platform. The latest version posted here always applies.
